Abstract: In order to promote scientific and technological innovation, the German government in 2018 published the German artificial intelligence strategic planning outline and the national artificial intelligence strategy, aimed at improving the international competitiveness of German artificial intelligence. The specific educational reform paths proposed in the strategy are to add Strong AI related basic research, attach importance to vocational education, add Strong AI skills training, build artificial intelligence talent network and provide artificial intelligence related courses. According to the strategy, the characteristics of German education reform are to attach importance to the ethical value of AI, to seize the opportunity of digital transformation, to cooperate with various institutions to promote AI research and development, and to promote multi-party cooperation Its challenge is the artificial intelligence strategy start-up time relative lag, the relative lack of talent, the lack of discipline support. The strategy has an insight into the relationship between AI and digitalization in the challenge, and proposes that we should seize the opportunity of digitalization to promote the development of AI.
