摘要: 脉冲激光测距仪的测距精度高度依赖激光飞行时间的测量精度,相关专利技术在高端制造业、自动驾驶与无人机、航空航天与国防、智慧城市与基建等高精度补偿与智能化抗干扰领域的突破具有重要意义。本文从专利库检索误差产生机理的结果,分析了专利申请量变化、演进路径、分布情况及核心技术等,发现专利申请主要聚焦于时间测量误差、环境干扰误差、系统噪声误差和运动误差四类误差产生机理;未来发展趋向芯片化集成、AI与量子技术融合及多物理场协同优化三大方向,硅光技术、量子传感与边缘计算推动测距精度迈向亚毫米级;随着自动驾驶、航天探测等领域的深化应用,激光测距技术将成为智能感知系统的关键支柱。

Abstract: The ranging accuracy of pulsed laser rangefinders is highly dependent on the measurement accuracy of laser flight time. Breakthroughs in related patent technologies in high-precision compensation and intelligent anti-interference fields such as high-end manufacturing, autonomous driving and UAVs, aerospace and national defense, and smart cities and infrastructure are of great significance. Based on the results of retrieving error generation mechanisms from patent databases, this paper analyzes the changes in patent application volume, evolution paths, distribution, and core technologies. It finds that patent applications mainly focus on four types of error generation mechanisms: time measurement errors, environmental interference errors, system noise errors, and motion errors. The future development will tend to three major directions: chip-level integration, AI-quantum technology fusion, and multi-physics field collaborative optimization. Silicon photonics technology, quantum sensing, and edge computing will drive ranging accuracy towards the submillimeter level. With the in-depth application in fields such as autonomous driving and aerospace exploration, laser ranging technology will become a key pillar of intelligent perception systems.
